In the misty, fertile hills of Idukki, Kerala, where the soil is rich and the air is pure, we do more than just find the best spices: we perfect them. Caster Spices is a manufacturer at heart. We are the hands that guide the journey from the raw harvest to the final, fragrant product that reaches your kitchen.
Our identity was forged in the heart of the Western Ghats, built on a deep understanding of the land and the intricate processes that unlock the true potential of every spice. We are not middlemen; we are creators, processors and purveyors of purity.
Our philosophy is rooted in craftsmanship and control. By managing the manufacturing process, we ensure that every product that bears our name is a testament to our exacting standards of quality, authenticity and flavour.
The brand and the company
Caster Spices is the premium brand of Caster Traders and Manufacturers (P) Ltd., a dynamic force in the spice industry and part of the distinguished Karmiel Group, a legacy of quality since 1939.
Founded in 2022, the company was established with a clear mission: to provide fresh, pure and unextracted spices directly from the fertile high-altitude farms of Kerala to the global market. A key sister concern, Highrange Agro Farmers Producer Company Ltd., strengthens our direct connection to the source.
Manufacturers, not just traders
We operate on a strict no-middlemen policy, ensuring complete control over quality and traceability. Our strength lies in our farm-to-finish commitment: we aim to bring all processing in-house, from procuring fresh harvest to final packaging.
Today, green cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg and nutmeg mace are entirely produced in-house, covering every stage: procuring, washing, cleaning, drying, sorting, grading and further processing. Our wholly-owned production facility handles manufacturing, processing and packing in both bulk and retail formats.

Our curated selection of India's finest agricultural treasures: Idukki green cardamom, black and white pepper, nutmeg and mace, cloves, star anise and cinnamon (both Cassia and true Ceylon). Alongside them, our own tea blends, coffee, honey, spice powders, masalas, saffron and gifting solutions.

Caster Spices is the trusted sourcing partner for a wide variety of clients across the industry spectrum, including major agri, FMCG and leading hospitality brands in India. Our quality and reliable supply have secured long-term partnerships with 10+ big brands and over 50 other companies, many of whom have been with us since our founding in 2022. We are also the primary vendor supplying spices to various Ayurvedic hospitals.
